The market is getting weaker and weaker, to be honest, it's not looking good...
Anyway, the key point is that the upper edge of the previous 4-hour consolidation zone serves as a watershed. If it breaks downward and cannot recover, as the saying goes, 'what went up will come down.'
Bitcoin has been consolidating for a long time from January 13th to January 3rd. After breaking above the upper edge to 940, this pullback has reached its absolute limit. 890 must hold firm—otherwise, it will fall all the way back to the lower edge of 865-870.
If 890 holds, the bulls still have a chance. If 915 is firmly held, the bulls can recover, and even 930 and 950 are possible. Therefore, 915 is extremely critical.
Ethereum is similar: after breaking above the consolidation zone to 3300, it retraced downward. The absolute limit is the 3000 level—should it fail to hold, it will fall back to the lower edge of 2900. Ethereum's 3150 level is very important; if it holds steady above 3150, the bulls can recover.
Tonight, I'm more inclined to short the market, waiting for a rebound to short again.
