Good afternoon, nephews

Big news came out of Argentina last night and it’s right next door—pay attention.

Milei’s government has presented a deregulatory bill that allows investment funds to buy Bitcoin and other digital assets. And it goes further: it allows crypto to be used as loan collateral and provides full legal recognition to smart contracts.

In other words: an Argentine fund will be able to hold Bitcoin in its portfolio, and a citizen will be able to take out credit by putting crypto in place of a property.

It still needs to pass through Congress. But the direction is clear: Latin America is opening the institutional gate while the price is 48% below its peak.
