ETC is kind of slow and sticky right now. The Bollinger three lines are moving back and forth horizontally—classic oscillation structure. Price is hovering below the middle band; %B is at 0.27. It’s not far from the lower band, basically trading right along the lower band.

In the past 24 hours it’s down 3.62%, which is a bit harsh. But in the last 15 minutes it bounced up 0.19%. Volume has increased slightly, to 1.1x the recent average volume—not too intense.

The funding rate is negative at -0.0069%, indicating short positions have relatively higher costs and shorts are paying longs. Open interest hasn’t shrunk—in fact it’s up 2%, and contract capital is still flowing in rather than being withdrawn. The long/short ratio is 1.04: long accounts are just slightly more numerous, with the two sides fairly close—no clear advantage.

Overall: price is grinding close to the lower band, capital is still there, but direction hasn’t broken out yet; the market looks like a weak, range-bound oscillation.
