Japanese Candlestick Guide #9
Bullish Engulfing
The Bullish Engulfing pattern consists of two candles.
The first one is bearish, and the second one is a strong bullish candle that completely covers the body of the first candle.
It often appears after a decline or near support, and it means that buyers entered strongly and took control of the move.
It is strongest when it occurs at a clear support level or with an increase in volume.
