Seeing so many people promoting it, I'm really afraid it might be another 'skyfall-level' project.

This is literally 'reverse merger' + 'narrative reinvention.' Turning a biopharma company into a flagship for 'Web3 + AI' overnight.
2. Core narrative: RWA + Stock Tokenization
Stock tokenization: His core idea is to tokenize FF's stock.
Left hand building cars, right hand raising funds in the Web3 space.
By issuing tokens via AIxC or turning stocks into RWA, he bypasses the strict financing regulations of traditional US stocks and directly reaches out to crypto investors. Using crypto money to fill the car-making funding gap, while also paying off his debts in China.
I reckon it's probably similar to a 'pump-and-dump' coin — all depends on sentiment and Old Jia's talk.
Of course, negative attention is still attention; if he actually pulls it off, he might become the leader in RWA.
