When you click the small arrow on the taskbar, the Radeon Settings icon may appear even if no programs are running. Want to know how to hide it? Just go to the graphics card control panel, find the notification area settings, and turn off the related icon display to fix it easily.
1. Click the taskbar arrow, find and open the Radeon Settings icon.
2. Double-click the Radeon Settings icon to launch the AMD graphics card control panel.
3. In AMD Radeon Settings, click the Preferences in the bottom-left corner to enter the configuration page.
4. Go to the settings interface, uncheck the Enable system tray option, then click Finish.
5、 After closing the AMD Radeon settings interface, the icon in the taskbar is hidden accordingly. After restarting the computer, the icon still does not appear again.
6、 To restore the Radeon settings icon, press the Win key to open AMD Settings, then re-check the “Enable system tray option” to display the icon again.
