Second: reduce trades—cash is king. Most frequent trading is nothing but ineffective garbage trades. They look like “more trades, more profit,” but in reality you keep bleeding from fees and getting slapped repeatedly by market moves. Now I only do 1–2 trades per day for situations with clear certainty. If there’s no structure and no clear trend, I stay in cash and wait. If you don’t move, you won’t lose.
Third: trade with the trend, don’t fight it. I’ve abandoned the bad habit of trying to catch bottoms against the trend or shorting against the direction. I only follow the market’s primary direction. If I judge wrong, I promptly admit it, exit, and move on—no纠结, no gambling.
Finally, avoid three fatal traps: never add to a losing position to average down; refuse high-frequency trading that drains your principal; and when you’re profitable, take profits in time without delay.
