Las Vegas landmark resort Caesars Palace announced on July 21 that, to celebrate its 60th anniversary from its opening in 1966 to the present, it will offer limited-time themed menus and commemorative cocktails at multiple well-known restaurants under its umbrella. The event runs through December 31, 2026.
Since opening on August 5, 1966, Caesars Palace has become one of the most iconic resorts on the Las Vegas Strip, thanks to its grand architecture inspired by ancient Rome and its luxurious services. The commemorative menu released this time is designed to pay tribute to the hotel’s early classic dishes and dining traditions. Sean McBurney, Chief Business Officer of Caesars Entertainment, said that for 60 years, dining has played an indispensable role in the hotel’s development, and these anniversary-exclusive dishes are a salute to its culinary legacy.
Participating restaurants include Gordon Ramsay’s HELL’S KITCHEN, Bobby Flay’s Amalfi and Brasserie B, Nobu, Peter Luger Steakhouse, Guy Savoy restaurant, and Bacchanal Buffet, among others. Each restaurant offers signature dishes in a style reminiscent of the 1960s. For example, Peter Luger Steakhouse prices its flagship dish at $66.26, echoing the two years 1966 and 2026; HELL’S KITCHEN offers a three-course “Senate Supper” package; and Nobu launches a $266 hibachi-themed anniversary set.
In addition, Bacchanal Buffet has added a nostalgic food station featuring classic dishes such as orange juice duck breast and Rockefeller-style baked oysters. The Dominique Ansel bakery also released a special-edition Cronut?, priced at $10.99. Two anniversary cocktails—Strawberry Wallbanger and the 60th Anniversary Old Fashioned—are both priced at $19.66.
While celebrating history, the Colosseum Palace continues to push forward its renovation program, including the already unveiled Arena Tower President’s Villa and the Octavia Tower Sky Villa, as well as comprehensive renovation projects for three tower structures—Augustus, Julius, and the Palace—over the next two years.
