🇷🇺 The State Duma will consider a bill on regulating cryptocurrencies as early as July 21
According to TASS, on July 21 the State Duma of Russia will review in the second and third readings a bill regulating cryptocurrencies.
The document provides for the creation of a legal framework for operations with digital assets, strengthening oversight of their unlawful use, and also supporting permitted use of cryptocurrencies in international settlements.
In addition, the bill will allow non-qualified investors to buy specific liquid cryptocurrencies after completing special testing. The annual limit for such purchases will be 300,000 rubles through each intermediary.
