OKX Wallet @wallet and @pharos_network’s event—my staked funds have reached their maturity, and now I can’t withdraw them.
When I subscribed originally, the page clearly said: Withdrawal Date: 20/07/2026.
But now someone tells me that between June 17 and July 1 there was a redemption request window opened once?
If I hadn’t clicked that button back then, the funds would be locked until October 20.
Who would expect a product that says it can be redeemed on July 20 would also require applying a month in advance—otherwise it automatically stays locked for another three months?
With rules like this, at the very least they should be提示 more clearly on the product page, not wait until the redemption date for users to find out they still can’t get their money out.
