Watching $BANK surge up more than 120% while, on the way up myself, I kept chasing highs, panicking and cutting losses, and then chasing again… It’s just psychological torture.

I completely fell into the FOMO trap. I bought early, but couldn’t hold on, so I sold too soon; I watched it surge to $0.267 and still couldn’t resist buying in at the top. The big upswing that I originally could’ve easily ridden all the way up—I ended up wasting it on obsessing over 5-minute candlestick chart anxiety and paying transaction fees to the exchange.

In a blowout bull market, “frequent trading” is absolutely a profit killer. Set your take-profit and stop-loss (TP/SL) before entering, execute your plan, and step away from the screen a bit.

Have you also ever had the experience of selling a huge bullish candle too early? Tell me it’s not just me!👇
