Hello!

Today, I’d like to share a note about trading that some people may disagree with, but I believe it’s worth discussing.

The idea, briefly:

If the price of a coin is falling while trading volume is increasing, don’t rush to buy. This may indicate that selling pressure is still ongoing, and the coin may remain in a consolidation or choppy range for a period before clear signs of recovery appear.

Example:
At the time of writing this post, HOME/USDT is trading near 0.00835, while trading volume has exceeded 97 million.

Instead of buying right away, some traders prefer to wait for the selling pressure to ease, for volume to calm down, and then reassess the market. However, a drop in volume alone is not a buy signal—it should be combined with price action, support levels, and other technical indicators.

If you find this information useful, save the post, follow for more trading ideas, and don’t forget to share your opinion.
