🎯 Target users must meet the following requirements
Users must satisfy all of the following conditions in order to submit a re-binding application：⬇️

🔸 Total trading volume within the 90 days prior to submitting the application must not exceed 5,000 USD (or equivalent)

📊 Re-binding success conditions
After the user submits the application, the cumulative trading volume must reach 150,000 USD (or equivalent) within 30 days for the referral relationship to be officially established
