🔹 Litecoin ($LTC ) has recorded continuous short-term fluctuations over the past ten days, with frequent oscillation ranges typically reaching 5–7% within just two days, around the $43 to $46 range. On Wednesday, July 15, the Litecoin bulls attempted to retest the short-term resistance area at $46, but were quickly rejected. Over the past 24 hours, LTC fell slightly by 1.08%, along with a decline in daily trading volume of 8.12%. A full month has passed since the bulls began their fight against this local supply zone at $46, and the question now is whether the recent bouts of volatility are strong enough to help them successfully break out.

🔸 Bitcoin’s price rejection at the 65k USD level quickly triggered a drop across the entire altcoin market, which has been in a defensive posture since October 2025. For Litecoin, the sharp decline began in May, when a bounce to 60.61 USD was quickly suppressed by a strong sell-off, pushing the price below the psychological 50 USD level. Using the Fixed Range Volume Profile (FRVP) tool measured from the January peak to date, the current price is sitting just above the Value Area Low at 43.9 USD. The 42 - 46 USD zone is a major volume node and is acting as a local support area. On the upside, the 55 USD mark marks the Point of Control (POC). A breakout above 55 USD would be a positive signal, and only surpassing 60.61 USD would truly confirm a long-term trend reversal.

🔹 The technical accumulation range of LTC is currently limited from 40 USD to 46 USD. Deeper analysis with FRVP since the beginning of June shows a narrower range forming between 42 USD and 45.3 USD, with the POC line at 43.4 USD. Although the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) and Money Flow Index (MFI) indicators are sending signals of steady accumulation buying pressure and upward momentum, swing traders still need to be extremely cautious around the 46 USD supply zone. A successful breakout above this level could open the way for a rebound toward the 53 - 56 USD area. However, based on the larger time-frame trend, such a rebound is likely only temporary before macro bearish pressure returns to take over.

Given LTC’s standoff just below the 46 USD resistance zone and the selling pressure across the broader market as Bitcoin is rejected at 65k USD, would you choose to accumulate around the 43 USD support area or wait patiently for a decisive closing above 46 USD to confirm the position?
