Dear Binancians,

Following recent reviews, Binance will extend the monitoring tag to include more tokens starting from 02/01/2026.

The tokens that will be added to the monitoring tag list are:

  • Acala Token (ACA)

  • DAR Open Network (D)

  • Streamr (DATA)

  • Flow (FLOW)

The tokens with the monitoring tag exhibit significantly higher volatility and risks compared to other listed tokens. These tokens are subject to close monitoring, with regular reviews. Please note that tokens with the monitoring tag may no longer meet our listing criteria and may be delisted from our platform.

To access trading of the tokens marked with the surveillance label, users will need to successfully complete the questionnaire every 90 days on the Binance Spot and/or Binance Margin platforms, and agree to the terms of use. The questionnaires aim to ensure that users are aware of the risks before trading tokens with the surveillance label. Users can view the surveillance labels on the corresponding Spot and Margin trading pages of Binance, as well as on the market overview page. A risk warning banner will also be displayed for all tokens affected by the surveillance labels.

Binance will conduct periodic reviews of projects to decide whether the surveillance label should be added or removed from certain tokens based on its latest findings. The criteria below will be taken into account during the review:

  • Team commitment to the project

  • Level and quality of development activity

  • Trading volume and liquidity

  • Network stability and security against attacks

  • Level of public communication, community involvement, and transparency

  • Responsiveness to our periodic verification requests

  • Elements showing unethical, fraudulent, or negligent behavior

  • New regulatory requirements

  • Significant or unjustified increase in the token supply, or changes to the tokenomics

  • Impact related to changes in the ownership structure of the project or core team members

  • Community feedback

Please note:

  • The other services related to the aforementioned tokens will not be affected.

  • The surveillance labels for the tokens mentioned above will be updated shortly after the publication of this announcement.
