For my part, I stay in a wait-and-see mode and would expect a clear signal that some movement is starting, either bullish or bearish. For now, it is only building strength. On the weekly timeframe, it has had 3 weeks with bearish candles, but weak ones. When the price retraces to 0.37, it loses strength and is rejected.
