Latam, July 14, 2026. After the donation of $3 million by Binance Charity —a global company— in 20 USDT vouchers for users affected by the recent earthquake in Venezuela, Binance now enables the possibility for verified users around the world to donate directly to those who still need it. Each donation will grant up to 20 USDT in emergency aid to a verified user in the affected regions of La Guaira, Distrito Capital, Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, and Yaracuy, with on-chain tracking. Donations can be made, until September 1, 2026, for as little as $5.

How to Help

Donors must have completed KYC verification on Binance to participate. Recipients are verified through KYC and Proof of Address (POA) to ensure the assistance reaches those who are truly located in the affected areas. Link to donate.

The funds raised will be distributed through Airdrop. Users identified in the affected areas who are eligible for assistance may receive a 20 USDT voucher. Assistance will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Binance users who are already registered, have completed identity verification (KYC) before July 6, 2026, and reside in the regions of La Guaira, Distrito Capital, Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, and Yaracuy are eligible to receive this donation.

During this difficult period, Binance reaffirms its commitment to users in Venezuela. As announced earlier, we continue to evaluate additional ways to support the community in Venezuela. Binance Charity has previously provided assistance to users in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Ukraine, Turkey, Libya, Morocco, Taiwan, and Italy.
