0 basic that everyone needs to know
chart analysis speaks in terms etc and such
So go there to learn what nobody teaches here

🕯️ What is a candle

A candle is a period of time on the chart that shows how the price behaved during that interval.

It answers 4 things:
1. Opening price
2. Closing price
3. Highest price
4. Lowest price

All this in a specific time
(ex: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day).

🎨 How to read a candle

🟢 Green candle (or white)

➡️ The price closed higher than it opened
= more buyers than sellers

🔴 Red candle

➡️ The price closed lower than it opened
= more sellers than buyers

Still didn’t understand? Hold on….
I’ll draw

📐 Parts of the candle

| ← wick (max)
█ ← body (opening ↔ closing)
| ← wick (min)
• Body: where it opened and closed
• Wick: how far the price tried to go, but couldn’t stay

Why the candle is important

Because:
• wick deceives
• closing confirms

📌 The market respects closing, do not touch.

🔥 to summarize

Candle is the “complete sentence” of the market at that time.
The wick is the “rehearsal”.
The closing is what matters.

The subject is complex
