South Korean memory maker SK Hynix officially logged the largest listing record in the United States by a foreign company after successfully raising $26.5 billion on the Nasdaq exchange. Through an initial public offering (IPO) with the ticker SKHY, the company sold 177.9 million American Depositary Receipts (ADR) units at $149 per share. This massive IPO surpassed Alibaba’s $25 billion debut record in 2014.
