UPDATE: Protocol Fix Released The protocol fix addressing today's exploit has been released. Node operators are now coordinating to deploy the upgrade. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR NETWORK RESTART The network will be restored to a checkpoint prior to the exploit. This is necessary to remove unauthorized transactions from the ledger. Initial Block heights: Flow cadence: 137363395 Flow EVM: 51358233 Transactions submitted between approximately 11:25 PM PST (Dec 26) and the network halt at 5:30 AM PST (Dec 27) will need to be resubmitted after restart. This includes any legitimate user activity during that window. The Foundation recognizes this is an inconvenience for users who transacted during this period. It is the safest path to restore network integrity and protect user funds. TIMELINE → Node operators are deploying now → Target restart: Within 1 hour → Next status update: Within 2 hours User balances and assets held prior to the exploit window are unaffected. The Foundation will confirm when the network is live.
