Official reasons: no MiCA license, mandatory in Europe since July 1st, and a liquidity agreement that failed, the counterparty having never executed it
Most worrying: on their own website, they write in black and white that they cannot guarantee either withdrawal timelines or amounts. Some may never be processed. This seems far more serious than a regulatory reason
@zachxbt had already been warning for weeks about blocked withdrawals without details and abnormally low reserves.
