🚀 Why will data decide the future of AI?
Many people think AI is powerful because of language models, but in my view, the more important factor is the quality of data. AI can only produce accurate results when it is trained with reliable data sources that can be verified.
That’s why I’m paying attention to @NewtonProtocol . The project is building a Data Attestation Layer—a layer of infrastructure that helps collect, verify, and record data off-chain before it’s used for AI.
Newton’s process can be summarized as follows:
🔹 Collect data from multiple sources (IoT, API, Web…).
🔹 Verify it through a decentralized network.
🔹 Add timestamps and generate tamper-proof evidence.
🔹 Write hashes to the blockchain to ensure transparency.
🔹 Provide clean data for AI models.
In my opinion, this isn’t just a blockchain solution—it’s also a foundation that helps AI reduce dependence on fabricated or manipulated data.
If the Newton Mainnet Beta runs stably, the ecosystem $NEWT could become an important link in connecting Web3 and AI, especially in areas like DeFi, GameFi, IoT, and SocialFi.
I’ll continue to follow the development of @NewtonProtocol because this is a rather different direction: focusing on building trust in data, rather than only building blockchain infrastructure.
