Launching Newton Mainnet Beta: A new level of on-chain security

Newton Protocol has officially launched its Mainnet Beta! This is not just another launch of an L1/L2 network, but the deployment of a critically important infrastructure layer for verifiable automation, risk control, and programmable compliance in Web3.

The main conceptual difference between Newton and existing security systems is the shift of focus from a reactive approach (when we analyze an exploit or error after the money has already left) to preventive pre-transaction control.

The architecture specifics of the Newton Mainnet Beta include three key elements:

VaultKit SDK: A specialized developer toolkit that enables the creation of programmable rules for the movement of assets from smart contracts and vaults. Counterparty checks, limit checks, pool health checks, and permission checks are performed before the transaction is actually settled.

Security based on EigenLayer AVS: The protocol operates as an Actively Validated Service (AVS), whose economic neutrality and security are guaranteed by EigenLayer re-staking.

Ecosystem fuel ($NEWT): The native token is used not only for paying fees for verification and staking, but also serves as collateral (a guarantor) for the honest operation of autonomous AI agents.

Newton effectively closes the huge gap between the intent to execute a transaction and its final execution, turning boring compliance documents into strict, executable code.
