⚠️ CryptoQuant warned of rising volatility in the market
According to CryptoQuant, the inflow of Bitcoin to exchanges has surged sharply to ~49,000 BTC per day. This is a rare spike that in the past has often coincided with periods of strong market moves.
At the same time, ETH deposits exceeded 1.25 million ETH, and the number of deposit transactions for altcoins reached nearly 45,000 per day—about a two-month high.
The main risk signal is the activity of large players: the average size of a BTC deposit has risen from 1 to 2 BTC. This suggests that coins are being sent to exchanges not so much by retail traders as by whales and institutions.
CryptoQuant notes that Bitcoin is again testing an important $60,000 zone. Losing this level could intensify pressure, and the rise in exchange deposits increases the risk of sudden moves in both directions.
