$BTC is holding above the $61K support zone, but price alone doesn't tell the full story.

The market is currently split between two very different narratives. On the bullish side, whale activity has increased, momentum indicators are improving, and prediction markets are pricing in more than a 60% probability of Bitcoin reclaiming $65K before the end of July. After two months of weakness, some traders also see recent price action as the first sign of a broader trend reversal.

On the bearish side, exchange inflows have picked up, a metric often associated with potential selling pressure. Some analysts also argue that if Bitcoin loses the $60K - $62K range, historical market cycles could open the door to a deeper correction toward the mid -$50K area.

Another interesting development is how Bitcoin proxies are reacting. Companies like MSTR and miners such as MARA have significantly outperformed BTC during this rebound, reminding investors that leveraged exposure can amplify both gains and losses. At the same time, Strategy's latest capital framework suggests the market may start paying closer attention not only to how much Bitcoin companies hold, but also to how they manage liquidity, leverage, and shareholder returns.
