BOE Huacan Optoelectronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to 2.5 billion yuan from 1.5 billion yuan, a rise of about 67%, according to Jiemian News citing Tianyancha data. The company was established in September 2012 and is legally represented by Zhang Yu. Its business scope includes manufacturing semiconductor discrete devices, semiconductor lighting devices, display devices and optoelectronic devices. The firm is wholly owned by Huacan Optoelectronics.
