{And my breast constricts, and my tongue does not flow}..

There is a connection between the expansion of the breast and the fluency of the tongue; the one with an expanded breast has a fluent tongue; conversely, the one with a constricted breast shies away from talking and prefers silence; hence you find that the distressed person is treated through conversation..

So if your breast is constricted, let your tongue flow; and the best thing to let your tongue flow with is the glorification of Allah; and expressing your complaints to Him: {And indeed, We know that your breast is constricted by what they say, so glorify the praises of your Lord and be among those who prostrate}..
Then talk with one of dignity about the feelings in your heart, as the poet says:
"And there must be a complaint to one of dignity...
He comforts you or soothes you or expresses pain.."
