A few days ago everyone was saying 60k is unbreakable support, but now everyone is watching 58k. It’s basically just slowly sliding lower, which is the most frustrating kind of movement. If it can’t hold around 58800, the next stop is 55800.

ETH 1562, range 1548 to 1589. ETH is slightly more resilient than BTC—down only 0.84% in the past 24 hours. But honestly, ETH at this level is in a rather awkward spot—can’t break above 1580, and it’s hard to say whether 1550 can hold. On the whale side, some old hands are liquidating their ETH, but at the same time big funds are rotating from BTC into ETH—signals are very conflicting.

Buying on sentiment while the price is still falling—this divergence is something I’ve seen a few times before. The results were either a bear-trap or catching the dip somewhere around mid-slope. MACD hasn’t formed a golden cross yet, and volume is shrinking badly; there’s no reversal signal on the technicals.

My strategy is simple: if 58,800 doesn’t break, I’ll take a little BTC with a light position; if it breaks, I’ll wait patiently for 55,800. For ETH, I’ll wait until 1,550 holds steady—right now getting in would be a bet, and I don’t like betting. Weekend price action was already low-volume, and either direction could be punched through instantly by a single big order.
