There are only 6 more days until the effective date of the 2025 supplementary tax law. It includes additional provisions on digital assets and taxes in the field of digital assets, collectively referred to as investment tax.

In short, a few points to note as of 1/7/2026:
1/ Pay 0.1% tax per order (if you use a domestic exchange, you don’t need to worry—the exchange deducts it automatically; if you don’t have a domestic exchange, then you must declare it yourself)
2/ Pay personal income tax on investment income. Here, investment is understood exactly the same way as in the traditional market, ranging from 7–35% depending on whether you are an individual, a household business, or an enterprise. The clearest examples are companies providing services, affiliate businesses, trading, etc.

As for investing in coins and whether you profit or incur losses, it’s still somewhat unclear—pretty much like in the securities market—so we’ll wait for further updates.

Be like Trinh—if you have something to do, it’s already a joy!
