Stock token recommendation: #AMD $AMD
Recently, the market has followed tech stocks into a pullback, but I believe this looks more like a correction within a bullish trend rather than a fundamental weakness.

From a fundamental perspective, AMD's latest quarterly earnings report remains impressive, with Q1 revenue hitting $10.3 billion, a 38% year-over-year increase. The data center business continues to grow rapidly, and the company has provided better-than-expected Q2 guidance, showing that demand for AI infrastructure remains strong, with enterprises not cooling off on their purchases of AI GPUs and server chips.

On the technical side, the daily candlestick chart still maintains a medium to long-term bullish structure; we are currently just retesting the moving averages and consolidating, without breaking key support. As long as we can regain recent resistance levels, there’s still a chance for a new short-term rally.

Tonight, the biggest variable in the market is the U.S. core PCE data. If the inflation data comes in below or in line with market expectations, it will help improve the market's outlook on Federal Reserve policy, and the risk appetite for tech stocks may rebound, giving AMD a chance to see a technical bounce; if the data exceeds expectations, the market may reprice for higher interest rate expectations, so we need to stay alert for increased volatility in the short term.

My trading strategy remains unchanged:
The medium to long-term growth logic for AMD in AI hasn’t changed. I don’t recommend chasing highs in the short term; it’s better to patiently wait for the PCE release to clarify market direction, and then look for opportunities to enter on retests or confirmed breakouts, which will be more advantageous than preemptively betting on the data.
