Gold has broken through its lows and it looks like it’s not planning to stop. Does this mean the precious metal is losing its value in the eyes of investors?

From my experience, I can say that the price of gold heavily depends on the dollar's performance in the market. The thing is, when the dollar strengthens, it impacts gold, as gold is quoted in dollars with the pair XAUUSD. So if I see gold quotes dropping, I need to check, for example, the EURUSD pair. If it’s also declining, then gold probably isn't the issue; it's just the dollar gaining strength. But if EURUSD is holding steady, then it definitely means gold is falling, and that's something to keep an eye on.

How to make money when gold is falling? Use so-called short positions to earn even when the asset’s price drops. In practice, it’s simply pressing the SELL button in the terminal. The rest is up to the broker. The main thing is to choose the right broker. I have accounts with more than ten brokers, so if you need it, I can point you to where the best trading conditions are for you. Write in the comments, and I’ll send you a link.

So when exactly should you press the SELL button to make money? For this, you need to use resistance lines in technical analysis. By the way, to understand it better, you can take my Trading Course for Beginners—especially since you can get it for free by opening and funding an account using my recommendation.

Resistance lines are not only the classic kind, but also mirror ones. It’s important to be able to identify them correctly—that’s the key to successful trades. By the way, not all resistance lines on gold work as well as they do on currencies, so you need to take that into account. You can find more information in my TG channel. See you!
