This announcement aims to inform users of important operational changes affecting certain fiat payment services on Binance, due to changes in the laws and regulations applicable to our service provider, Bifinity UAB.
Starting from 31/12/2025, Bifinity UAB will cease to provide services to Binance users due to the evolution of the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to it. To ensure a smooth transition, Binance and Bifinity have designated other regulated service providers to continue offering fiat services. Users' ability to deposit, withdraw, buy, or sell cryptocurrencies using the available payment options will not be interrupted.
What you need to know:
Change of service provider: Bifinity UAB will cease providing its services on 31/12/2025. Fiat services will be provided by the replacement providers described here.
Affected services: This change impacts certain payment methods for the deposit and withdrawal services (purchase and sale) of fiat currencies previously provided by Bifinity UAB.
Termination of terms: The Terms of Use between you and Bifinity UAB will be terminated on 31/12/2025.
