The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a lawsuit against Kentucky over jurisdiction related to prediction markets.

According to NS3.AI, Kentucky sued Kalshi and Polymarket last week, alleging the platforms offered unlicensed sports betting services.

The report also said Kentucky is the ninth state sued by the CFTC.
