The anger inside is really hard to contain. A 13-year-old child, who should be carefree in school, has faced a nightmarish violation. And the police, as protectors, didn't spring into action with force but instead suggested the family 'settle'? Are they really talking about paying off the issue?

What kind of logic is this? Rape is a serious criminal offense, especially against minors. Where is the 'settlement' space in that? Is this ignorance of the law, or just a tolerance for evil?

It's good that the media spotlight has pushed things forward, and the local authorities have kicked off a comprehensive review. But we can't help but ask: if it weren't for the media exposure, would this child's grievances have just been 'settled' quietly?

Please protect that child well, and also investigate and thoroughly punish the negligent people behind it! What we want is not “reconciliation,” but severe punishment!
