$ARX cs, oh, I haven’t gotten any in three weeks. Every time the surge happens, you get 5/6 extra attempts? After they added the new-rules bonus, the wear-and-tear got worse, and they still won’t let you snatch the drop. Customer service says they didn’t adjust it—just blatantly lying.
