**Market Forecast Proven, Powell Cuts Interest Rates Again**
Chairman of the Federal Reserve (The Fed) Jerome Powell has cut the benchmark interest rate again to 3.50%-3.75%, on Thursday (11/12) early morning. This means The Fed has lowered interest rates three times this year.
This decision aligns with market expectations that have circulated previously, with 87% of market participants optimistic about the interest rate cut this December, according to CME.
This move is in line with the end of the Quantitative Tightening (QT) policy that has been in effect.
It is known that the end of QT impacts the availability of money in the banking system. Because, this policy acts like a vacuum machine that pulls the circulating amount of money.
