Trump stated that Nvidia agreed to collaborate with Intel to manufacture its tier-one chips; Musk consented to build TerraFab and work alongside Intel's tech team for design; Apple agreed to team up with Intel to design and manufacture its chips in the US.

Trump mentioned he would assist Intel in exchange for a 10% stake, noting that when the offer was made, Intel was valued at about $100 billion, but is now worth over $600 billion; in just nine months, the value increased by over $500 billion, with the US holding now exceeding $60 billion.
