I am 75 years old this year, a low-income household, and also an 'elementary school student' of blockchain who is trying to learn.

But today, I was completely crushed by Binance's indifference.

To prove myself, I followed the customer service instructions and spent 3 hours recording a video of me operating my account. As a result, I was deemed 'batch registration, trading, market manipulation!'

Where can an old man like me, who struggles to type on a phone, learn about these high-tech things?

With no help in sight, I can only voice my concerns here. @Yi He @币安Binance华语 Please take a look at the despair of an old user.

I started getting involved in Binance's Alpha program in June this year. Because of my age, I'm not very familiar with using a phone, and my fingers aren't very agile, I often lose money in trading. But I haven't given up; by exploring bit by bit, I can still earn some living expenses to support my family each month.

A few days ago, due to poor earnings, I tried participating in the 'trading competition' for the first time. I intended to earn some points for an airdrop, so I participated in BAY, JCT, and DGRAM all at once.

As a result, disaster struck. Within a few days of participation, my account was directly controlled by risk management, and my Alpha qualification was canceled!

This risk management has directly caused me a loss of $150 in trading wear and an expected reward of $130 that I should have received. For a family like mine, this is a huge amount.

Even more absurd is the accusation: 'suspected of trading, batch registration, market manipulation'.

Take a look at my operation records! Every trade I make takes a lot of effort; where would I go to 'manipulate in bulk'? If trading competitions do not allow trading, why open this activity? Isn't this entrapment?

What hurts me the most is the appeal process.

After the first appeal failed, I contacted customer service. A very patient customer service representative guided me for nearly 3 hours!

They asked me to find someone to film the process of me operating my own account, along with recharge records. To meet the requirements, I recorded it over and over until dawn.

It wasn't until customer service confirmed that there was no problem with the video that I uploaded it with hope. I thought as long as I proved I was a living person operating, I would clear my name.

What was the result? Two days later, the response was still that cold standard rejection letter.

Now, I am at my wit's end, and I want to ask @币安Binance华语 @Yi He three questions:

1️⃣ What is the significance of the appeal channel? You made me put in a lot of effort to shoot a video to prove I was the one operating, but in the end, you rejected it with reasons like 'batch trading' that are unrelated to the video. What is the point of providing those so-called materials?

2️⃣ Why set up a 'trap' activity? I had no issues for months, but as soon as I participated in the trading competition, I was banned. If normal trading is subject to risk management, why open this competition?

3️⃣ How can ordinary people defend their rights? Faced with your AI and customer service system that only sends standard replies, how can we insignificant ordinary users protect our legitimate rights?

I don't want to make a fuss; I just want to get back my fair share and that meager hard-earned money.

I don't want the effort I've put in over these months to turn into a joke ridiculed by the system.

I sincerely ask kind people on Twitter to help share this so that the higher-ups at Binance can see the real plight of grassroots users. Thank you all. 🙏
