CFTC Chairman Mike Selig said the Commodity Futures Trading Commission is working to bring crypto perpetual futures trading into the regulated U.S. market. According to NS3.AI, Selig said popular financial products should be available to the American public under U.S. laws and regulations.

Selig also claimed the Biden administration pushed these products into jurisdictions with no investor protection.
