Binance has updated its Fiat Liquidity Provider Program, effective 2025-12-04 at 08:00 (UTC).
A major enhancement includes the introduction of USD pairs to the program. This expands opportunities for participants to provide liquidity in key fiat markets.
New tiered requirements have been established for the program. Tier 1 requires a Maker Volume Percentage of 0.5%, while Tier 2 requires 1.0%.
Participants in these tiers can benefit from improved Maker Fee Rebate Rates. Tier 1 offers -0.005%, and Tier 2 provides -0.010%.
