On the 2-week chart, XRP often drops down to the 21 EMA (21-period Exponential Moving Average). This line usually acts as a strong support level. After touching this level, XRP has made big moves in the past: In 2017, after touching the 21 EMA, XRP jumped 1,250%, which could mean $33 today. In 2021, a similar move gave a 560% gain, which could mean $17 now. When he averages the possibilities, he gets around 905% growth, suggesting XRP could reach around $27. So according to him, a price range of $17–$33 is possible in the next big bull run.
