Binance is delisting the EGLD/ETH pair: What you need to know
Binance has officially announced the delisting of the EGLD/ETH trading pair, effective June 12, 2026, at 06:00 (Romania time). The main reason is to optimize the platform by getting rid of pairs with low liquidity.
The EGLD coin is NOT disappearing from Binance. The MultiversX project is safe. You just won't be able to swap EGLD directly for Ethereum (and vice versa) anymore. For trading, you can still use much more stable and liquid alternatives: EGLD/USDT, EGLD/BTC, or directly EGLD/RON.
⚠️ Heads up: If you’re using trading bots set to EGLD/ETH, make sure to shut them down manually before the deadline to avoid errors or getting your funds stuck.
