$BTW is everywhere, huh? This coin probably has something to do with him (domestic traders). Last time with $RAVE , he had a lot of chips in play. This coin hasn't really heated up yet, the liquidation volume isn't high, so I reckon it can still pump to attract people to short it, just like $LAB .
