If Michael Saylor really wanted to scoop up all the Bitcoin, one loud announcement about selling his stash wouldn't cut it. Sure, the market might react with panic, and many investors would start dumping their assets out of fear. But the more the price tanked, the more buyers would emerge looking to snag Bitcoin at an attractive price.

Financial markets are set up such that the fear of some participants becomes an opportunity for others. So even a massive sell-off wouldn't allow one person to buy all the Bitcoin on the cheap. There will always be investors who see a dip as a chance, not a reason to sell.

That's why the idea of buying up all the Bitcoin by crashing the market with one statement sounds flashy, but in reality, it's practically unfeasible.
