I think Japan never expected that Gao Shi's foolish behavior would actually help China solve two major problems. The first is that it helped all of us Chinese people awaken our memories of history once again;
The second is that Japan allowed us to reasonably, justifiably, and legally, and with very sufficient reasons, showcase the willpower of all Chinese people, as well as China's strength, to the whole world.
Originally, China didn't have the opportunity to showcase itself, but now it's good, the whole world has seen it.
