Most of you in this market aren't investing. You're just hoping for the best, trying to ride the wave.
Every day I see the same questions: "when's the pump?", "which coin will do 100x?", "is this the bottom?" The harsh truth is: by asking these questions, you're admitting you have no system. You're just liquidity that 'Smart Money' sucks in at the first correction.
Investing is engineering, not fortune-telling.
If your strategy relies on hope, you've already lost. A Risk Engineer (like me) doesn't count on luck. I filter the market through three pillars:
Rule 3:1 – If the potential gain isn't at least 3 times greater than the risk, I simply won't take the trade. No emotions involved.
Accepting loss before entry – Do you know exactly when you'll exit (Stop-Loss) before you even buy your first token? If not, you're just gambling.
No FOMO – The market won't run away. The market presents opportunities every day, but only for those who have the patience and capital to seize them when others are already panicking.
Question for you all:
Admit to yourself – how many times this week did you close a trade at a loss just because you panicked, instead of sticking to your plan?
Drop a genuine answer in the comments. Let's compile a list of mistakes we can all learn from, instead of pretending to be 'professional investors.'
