Ethereum is currently trading around $2,111, down approximately 0.76% in the latest market movement.
Right now, ETH is sitting in a very important short-term zone. The market is showing mixed signals: bullish fundamentals, but weak short-term price action.
On the bullish side, Ethereum is still receiving strong attention from institutional investors. Corporate treasuries are increasing ETH exposure, and spot Ethereum ETF inflows continue to support demand. This kind of accumulation is usually seen as a long-term confidence signal.
There is also pressure coming from the derivatives market. Negative funding rates and short-covering rallies suggest that many overleveraged short positions are being squeezed. This can create sudden buying pressure and push ETH higher quickly.
However, the price action is not fully bullish yet.
ETH is currently below the key $2,400 resistance zone. A clean breakout above this level could open the door for a stronger move toward $2,750โ$3,000.
But there is also a major risk zone near $2,750โ$2,850, where a large supply concentration could create strong selling pressure. If ETH reaches that area, many holders may take profit, which could slow down the rally.
Key levels Iโm watching:
Current price: around $2,111
Support zone: $2,100
Breakdown risk: below $2,100
First resistance: $2,400
Major resistance: $2,750โ$2,850
Bullish target if momentum continues: $3,000
My view:
If ETH holds above $2,100, the market could attempt a recovery toward $2,400.
If ETH breaks below $2,100, we could see another correction toward $2,050 or even $2,000.
For now, I would say Ethereum is in a neutral-to-bullish setup, but it needs confirmation. The fundamentals are improving, institutional demand is growing, and short sellers are under pressure โ but price still needs to break resistance before a real rally is confirmed.
Iโm watching volume, ETF inflows, funding rates, and Bitcoinโs direction closely.
Not financial advice โ just market observation.
