According to our announcement in June 2025, Binance is now launching the third round of free distributions for BNB holders, as part of a distribution plan of 18,000,000 LAYER tokens. For more details on the previous rounds of free distributions for holders, please refer to the announcements below.
Details of the third round of free distributions for holders of LAYER
6,000,000 of LAYER will be distributed in the third round of free distributions for holders
Eligibility conditions: Users who subscribed to BNB Simple Earn products, whether flexible or locked, or on-chain yield products, between 20-07-2025 and 23-07-2025 (UTC time), can benefit from this offer.
Free distributions will take place within 24 hours of this announcement.
The remaining 6,000,000 LAYER tokens will be distributed in the final round of free distributions for holders later, and details will be announced in a separate announcement.

Announcement of free distributions for holders on Binance
Free distributions for holders on Binance is a program that rewards BNB holders using free distributions of tokens based on their previous BNB balance records. By staking BNB in Simple Earn, users automatically qualify for free distributions for holders (in addition to launch pool and Megadrop rewards). By using BNB to subscribe to on-chain yield products, users will automatically qualify for free distributions for holders and launch pool rewards.
Unlike other earning methods that require ongoing actions, free distributions for holders provide retroactive rewards, offering a simple way to earn additional tokens. By subscribing to Simple Earn products and/or on-chain yield products using BNB, users can automatically qualify for token rewards.
How to benefit from free distributions for holders
Go to [Earn], and search for BNB.
Subscribe to Simple Earn products (flexible and/or locked) and/or on-chain yield products using your BNB balances.
User balances and total pool balances will be recorded multiple times at any time of every hour to get the average user balances per hour in Simple Earn products (flexible and/or locked) and/or on-chain yield products. The Binance platform will use historical user balance records at random intervals after the announcement to calculate user rewards.
For example, the reward calculation for free distributions for holders on 11-06-2024 may use user balance records between 01-06-2024 and 07-06-2024 as reference values.
Qualified users will receive rewards from the free distributions for holders in their spot accounts within 24 hours after the announcement of the free distributions for holders.

Terms and conditions
Users must complete account verification (KYC) and be from eligible jurisdictions to participate in free distributions for holders.
Free distribution tokens will be automatically transferred to the spot trading accounts of eligible users, without the need for any additional actions.
Assets from Simple Earn products for BNB tokens used as collateral for Binance loans (flexible rate) are not eligible for rewards from free distributions for holders.
BNB tokens used in Simple Earn products will continue to provide users with the usual benefits of holding BNB, such as launch pool benefits, Megadrop, eligibility for free distributions for holders, and VIP.
Participation in free distributions for holders is subject to eligibility based on the user’s country or region of residence.
The Binance platform reserves the right to exclude any participants who manipulate or interfere with the operation of the Binance program script using any other software.
Stored Lista BNB tokens (slisBNB) and their non-transferable receipts (slisBNBx) will be counted within the Binance wallet (non-custodial) in the rewards account for free distributions for holders.
At any time a snapshot is taken to record the balance, any of the supported assets in the user's account must have more than 0.01 BNB to be counted towards the distribution mechanism.

Users must be in an eligible area to participate in free distributions for holders. Users residing in the following countries or regions will not qualify to participate by subscribing to Simple Earn products or on-chain yield products for BNB tokens:
Australia, Canada, Cuba, the Crimea Peninsula, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, New Zealand, the Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and any Ukrainian regions not controlled by the government.
Please note that the list of excluded countries mentioned here is not exhaustive and is subject to change due to local rules or regulations under development, and other considerations. This list may be updated periodically to accommodate legal or regulatory changes, and other factors.
