Planck is a decentralized infrastructure DePin project that has already seen practical applications and benefits, backed by several large enterprises. Binance will launch its token $Plank on November 13 at 9 PM (UTC+8). Project information is as follows:

Firstly, Planck is a blockchain Layer-0 network designed specifically for AI, allowing developers to easily create their own AI blockchains and rent idle GPUs (graphic processors) to train AI models, which is 90% cheaper than traditional cloud services. It also supports decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN), enabling AI computing resources to circulate like shared bicycles, promoting a shift from monopolies by large companies to an open era where everyone can participate.

Two, the project team is Planck Network, with key members including co-founder and CEO Diam Hamstra (who previously founded EstateX, raising $6 million), co-founder and CTO Rohan Talwadia, CMO German Ramirez, and investor Scott Walker. Also, Brock Pierce, co-founder of Tether (USDT), serves as a significant endorser, having invested in this project through the DNA Fund.

Three, the project has attracted support from several large institutions, including Google for Startups, Microsoft, Polkadot, and Coinbase, with a commitment of up to $200 million in GPU resources (for providing computing hardware). So far this year, revenue from GPU leasing and cloud services has reached $1.4 million. The private sale stage has been completed at 36%, but the specific financing amount has not been fully disclosed, appearing to be a hybrid model from seed round to strategic investment.

Four, Planck will start in early 2025, releasing the network overview and multi-chain support in May, collaborating with Arcanum to reshape the token economy in July, officially announcing 'the world's first AI Layer-0' and the first endorsements in August, passing Certik security audits (token part) in September, and welcoming the token generation event (TGE) and mainnet launch on November 12, marking a leap from testing to official operation.

Five, $PLANCK is Planck's 'fuel token,' used to pay for computing resources, stake for rewards, vote on network upgrades, and unlock AI tools and access to the chain. It allows GPU resources to be traded like stocks, promoting the decentralized circulation of the entire AI ecosystem.

Six, the total issuance is 500 million tokens, with an initial circulation of 17.66% (approximately 88.3 million tokens) at TGE. It is estimated that its fully diluted market value (FDV) could reach $100 million when listed, corresponding to a token price of $0.2 each. Unlocking plan: 15% released at TGE, with the remaining part unlocked linearly over 6 months (gradually released each month).
