The issue arose from an old smart contract that was deployed on TRON and abandoned in 2022, which had historical vulnerabilities. After being exploited, it affected a small number of users. The team stated that they promptly completed an investigation, isolation, and fix after discovering the problem, and on May 12, they further audited and rectified the issue. The currently used contract version has not been affected and has been running safely for over four years while continuously undergoing security audits and monitoring. Transit Finance also mentioned that affected users will receive full compensation, with specific plans to be announced through official channels, and they remind users to be wary of counterfeit official messages and not to disclose their private keys or seed phrases.
